Trilogy “Angels for Pets” (“Angels”) is a member sponsored Club which helps create a brighter future for pets in need. Their mission is to provide second chances for dogs and cats in need of food donation, fostering and adoption, within the Denver area. Their services provide for these pets by connecting with Angels to the Animals, a Denver animal service program. 

 

As part of the 2025 Trilogy Games, we are organizing an opportunity for Trilogy residents to support this organization with a pet food drive. This will enable all of us to demonstrate our community spirit with a friendly competition.

 

Rules for the Competition

 

  • Angel Club volunteers will place a container near each team tent for participants and neighbors to drop their donations of dog and/or cat food (wet or dry).
  • Containers will be placed at each team tent location by 3:00 p.m. Thursday. 
  • Donations can be placed beginning Thursday afternoon. 
  • A member of the Angels Club will collect donations at the end of the day Thursday and Friday. Final collection will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday.
  • Donations will be weighed at each collection. 
  • Following the final collection at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, weight will be tallied.
  • Cash donations can be collected by each team and converted to pound donations. $2 per pound. Cash donations (pounds equivalent) will be included in teams’ final tally.
  • Final tally will be provided to Trilogy Games Host Committee Saturday at 12:00 noon where Gold, Silver and Bronze winners will be announced at the final awards ceremony.
  • Note: No points will be awarded in this competition. This is strictly a charitable endeavor with Teams receiving bragging rights. Thank you all for your charitable donations and support!
