Players
- Mixed - Maximum 6 players with minimum of 2 Women per team
Format
- 3 team round robin events
- Matches will be posted on the wall for all to view who plays and when
- Winners advance to medals round and play a 3 team round robin for
Gold, Silver and Bronze
Rally Scoring
- A point is awarded to a team after every rally, regardless of which team served the ball
Rules
- May rotate 1-2 additional players in/out at serve position
- Teams can play with less than 6 players but must maintain a minimum of 2 women
- A coin toss will be performed by the official to decided which team will serve first; the other team will choose what side of the court to start on
- First team to reach 15 points wins, must win by 2
- Official will indicate when point begins and serve will take place
- When serving, ball must not touch net; Must go over net or lose turn
- Ball may not touch the ceiling or ruled lost turn
- Ball touching sides/end of court are ruled in - Official makes the call
- Each team may only hit the ball three (3) times to get it over the net.
- Player may not reach over the net to block a ball. Officials make the call.
- Players may not touch the net - this will end point play
- Officials write down winner and final score
TIE BREAK RULES
If all teams win 1 and lose 1 game:
- First tie break is Point Differential - Add each team's total points scored and subtract total points of their opponents for their two games
- Second tie break is Head-to-Head play - If team A and B are tied and B won when they played each other B is the winner
- Third tie break is Total Points Scored
- Fourth tie break is Fewest Points Allowed
- Fifth tie break is a Coin Flip
