Participation

• Each team presents “lead parade cart” to be judged in competition.
• Only one cart per team to be judged.
• Each cart lines up in designated place in Olympic Village.
• Cart remains in spot throughout first evening.

Rules

• Judged car decorated according to one of the following:
  
• Team Theme
• Team Lip Sync Song
• Team Theme Song

Judging

• Scoring based on:
• originality
• creativity
• relativity to designated theme (i.e. team theme, lip sync song or theme song)

Theme Submission

• Team captains to submit decoration theme to Host Committee by August 15
• Final Award of Gold, Silver and Bronze for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places as determined by judges.
• Winners announced Thursday at 9:30 p.m. during Awards Ceremony.
