Format

• Each entry is made up of two people
• Each team is allowed to submit up to two entries

Rules

• Use reusable balloons
• Buckets of water to be placed at line formation for quick and easy refill of balloons
• Teams must stand all together in the line formation
• Person throwing the balloon may not step over the rope line
• Person catching is not allowed to step over the rope line
• After each round, rope lines are moved 3 feet further apart
• Ballon water levels
• If partial water leak, team is out if over 1/2 the water is missing
• If over half the water remains, the ball is filled and team remains in competition
• Officials to make this call
• If two or more teams fall out at the same time before the medal round, they replay until there is a winner that enters the medal round
• Tie Break is determined by a toss off for remaining teams
