Format

• Each entry is made up of two people.
• Each team is allowed to submit up to two entries.

Rules

• Use reusable balloons
• Buckets of water to be placed at line formation for quick and easy refill of balloons (How many buckets are needed? One per Team? One per entry?)
• Teams must stand all together in the line formation
• Person throwing the balloon may not step over the rope line
• Person catching is not allowed to step over the rope line
• After each round, rope lines are moved 3 feet further apart (Pre measure where lines are moved to ahead of time?)
• Ballon water levels
• If partial water leak, team is out if over 1/2 the water is missing.
• If over half the water remains, the ball is filled and team remains in competition. (Is there time allotted to fill balloons?)
• Officials to make this call.
• If two or more teams fall out at the same time before the medal round, they replay until there is a winner that enters the medal round. (Not clear)
• Tie Break is determined by a toss off for remaining teams (Rules?  Toss off from where?)
