Players

• Men - 4 Men per team
• Women - 4 Women per team

Format

• This is a timed event
• First fastest time earns Gold, second fastest time earns Silver, third fastest time earns Bronze
• 2 outer lanes will be used in indoor pool (Center lane not used)
•  4 lap relay race
• 1st lap: walk/run
• 2nd lap: orange life jacket walk/run/swim (Life jacket provided)
• 3rd lap: kick-board swim (Kickboard provided)
• 4th lap: freestyle swim

Rules

• Must have 4 different swimmers or team is disqualified
• Each racer starts their leg of the relay in the pool holding onto the wall
• Racers may reach out their other hand to await a tag by the incoming racer
• Racers may not leave the wall until they are tagged
• After being tagged, continue to the other end of the pool and tag the next swimmer or touch the wall to finish
• Officials write down winner and final times
